Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We currently ship orders nationwide across South Africa, including major cities and outlying areas.

We use reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped:

  • Main Centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, etc.): 2–5 business days
  • Outlying / Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or peak periods.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Typical options may include:

  • Standard Shipping: R60 – R120
  • Express Shipping: R120 – R200 (optional, faster delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over R499

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel in real time.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


7. Delays & Courier Issues

While we work with trusted couriers, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
